Ray White, founder and owner along with his wife Diane of 50 years, reside in Fallbrook and have children and grandchildren that have grown up working in the business.  With Ray's retirement, Tom has continued the legacy.  Tom does the estimating and oversees the crew.   Diane is President and the company is certified as WBE and SB.   Brigid is office contact and proven to be a great asset by keeping our customers as top priority.  She coordinates Angi Leads, and web contacts, as well as ongoing contracts with various SCHOOL DISTRICTS.   The company does a good portion of Prevailing work in San Diego and Temecula/Murrieta.

White goes on to say that homeowner improvements have become a major part of the company business.   Removal and replacement of driveways, either damaged or asphalt, with help on design and drainage has led to many referrals.
